These terms govern your use of this website and any demo or inquiry you submit to Indent Creation. Services we provide to a dealership are covered by a separate written agreement, which prevails if it conflicts with these terms.

Use of the website

You agree to use the site lawfully and to provide accurate information in our forms. Content on this site, including example conversations and interface mockups, is for illustration and uses fictional names and data.

No guarantees

Descriptions of our systems explain what they are designed to do. Outcomes depend on a dealership’s lead sources, inventory, team and process, and we do not guarantee any particular result. Integrations and channels are confirmed for each dealership during discovery.

Messaging terms

Program: Indent Creation sends text messages about demo requests and, for dealerships we serve, follow-ups and appointment reminders.
Consent: Texting requires your opt-in. Consent is optional and is not a condition of any purchase.
Frequency and rates: Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out and help: Reply STOP to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help. You can also email robin@indentcreation.com.
Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Intellectual property

The site, its design and our branding belong to Indent Creation. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.
