• Your text-message consent choice, with the date and time you made it.
• Basic technical data such as IP address and browser type, used for security and to keep the site working.

How we use it

• To respond to your request and schedule a demo.
• To send text messages you have agreed to receive, such as follow-ups and appointment reminders.
• To operate, secure and improve this website and our services.

Text messaging and mobile data

If you check the text-message consent box, we may text the mobile number you provided. Consent is optional and is not a condition of any purchase. Mobile opt-in data and text-message consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Message frequency varies. Sharing

Dealership customer data

When we run messaging for a dealership, that dealership decides what customer information we handle, and we process it on its behalf under our agreement with it. The dealership’s customer data stays the dealership’s.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires, and use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing robin@indentcreation.com. Where privacy laws give you additional rights, we will honor them.

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
