Grand Business Media, operating under the brand name Indent Creation, provides digital education and skill-development training. As all offerings are delivered digitally, our cancellation and refund policy is outlined below.
Cancellation requests will be accepted only if raised before access to the educational content is provided.
Once access to course materials, training resources, or learning content has been granted, cancellation requests will not be accepted, except in cases eligible for a refund as stated below.

Refund requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of transaction. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment only.
No additional cancellation or processing charges are levied by us. However, any payment gateway or bank charges, if applicable, may be deducted as per standard processing norms.
