Once access is granted, the product is considered delivered and consumed, as digital content cannot be returned.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be considered only in the following cases:

  • Product access was not provided after successful payment
  • Technical issue prevented access (from our side)
  • Duplicate payment for the same product
  • Payment deducted but access not delivered

3. Non-Refundable Situations
